•Shipping charges will be added to all orders.

•Next Day Air and Second Day Air are available upon request for an additional charge

Returns

If a shipping error occurs due to Contractor error, the Contractor will pay freight both ways for

return/exchange ofgoods.  If an ordering facility error occurs, the ordering facility will pay return

freight.  A 10% restocking fee will apply only if the ordering facility makes the error. Any problem

with contractor’s product requires a call to Tru Care Health Systems, Inc., (405)949-9969

 

Damaged Goods
•We take great care in filling, checking and packing your order.
•Damaged or short shipments should be reported immediately.
•Damage to a shipping container must be noted with carrier at the time of delivery.
•Please be sure to save all packaging materials as they are needed for insurance purposes.

 

If a shipment arrives damaged:
Inspect all shipments for damage before signing acceptance.
In the event of shipping damage notify the shipping company immediately.
Concealed damage must be reported within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
Tru-Care will not be responsible for damage that occurs during shipment.

 

 

If an item is missing from your shipment:
•Contact Customer Service immediately
•No credit will be issued for the missing product after 30 days.
